PIGEON makes corroboration

This project is my own original work. PIGEON, including its conceptual framework, threat model, design decisions, and validation strategy was developed independently. The pattern encoding scheme, decode pipeline design, and hardware are my own, and while the development of the software was assisted by coding agents, no part of the product's output generates or relies on AI-generated content. The visual pattern adapts the multi-scale Truchet tile set introduced by Christopher Carlson (Bridges 2018), cited in the presentation, as the carrier for a custom data-encoding and error-correction scheme is based on the well documented and adoped Reed-Solomon codes. Claude Code was used as a coding assistant throughout development of the decode pipeline, console UI, supporting tooling, firmware, and this presentation. The code was largely agent-generated; I directed the system architecture and reviewed, tested, and manually corrected the work throughout. Some of the product renders were created in Vizcom from CAD models I designed. All external sources, references, and images are cited within the presentation.
